Tuesday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm
Saturday
9 am - 5 pm

We are centrally located in
Covered and uncoverd parking is
available.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and checks.
Can I leave a tip on my gift card?
We do not accept gratuities on gift cards. Please handle any gratuity
with your technician.
Do you have a cancellation
policy?
Renaissance Day Spa has a 24 hour
cancellation policy. A credit card number will be required to secure spa services. Please give
us the courtesy of cancelling at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, otherwise
we will need to charge you the full service price. Thank you for your
understanding.
Refunds/Exchanges accepted on defected products and boutique accessories only. Absolutely no refunds on gift cards, gift certificates and memberships.
