How can I pay?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and checks.
Can I leave a tip on my gift card?
We do not accept gratuities on gift cards. Please handle any gratuity with your technician.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Renaissance Day Spa has a 24 hour cancellation policy. A credit card number will be required to secure spa services. Please give us the courtesy of cancelling at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, otherwise we will need to charge you the full service price. Thank you for your understanding.
Do I need to get undressed for my massage?
This is a personal call. You may wish to keep your undergarments on during the massage, or you may wish to disrobe completely. In either case, you are always professionally draped throughout the service.
